Siara, Knight Initiate
Once again I met Sir Aidan and Sir Ikon in at the chapter house in Narrowhaven as planned. We spent a few minutes catching up before heading out to explore the Fire Dungeon. Knight Initate Siara met us there but was unable to complete the hunt with us (Internet failure). None of us seemed overly familiar with the dungeon so we set about exploring. The rough hewn tunnels lead us over various bridges and into broken cobblestoned areas that looked like crypts or vaults. Many of the monsters near the entrance were the same as those that roam the valley Hell Gate lies in, so we were quite familar with battling them. When we went deeper and reached the vaults we ran into several undead, mostly liches, which I admit I do not have much experience fighting. But the three of us have fought together often and were able to handle the undead. Sir Ikon discovered the path to a lower level and once again we ran into fire elementals, snakes and efreets. After exploring for awhile we came upon more vaults, one had a pair of daemons within the tight confines. Sir Aidan charged in and Sir Ikon and I quickly rushed to join him. After dispatching the daemons we noticed a pentagram on the rough stone floor. Drawing closer to inspect the pentagram I found myself teleported to a mysterious chamber, flames surronded me, often shooting to the ceiling. Sir Aidan followed me and urged Stan through the flames and explored the small chamber. Sir Ikon joined us and also explored but there was little other then a few locked chests. Fortunately we were able to teleport back to the vault. We soon came upon a huge stone structure filled top to bottom with strange mages who attacked us at first sight. We three charged through the rooms clearing the structure of the mages. Seemingly having come to the end of the dungeon we three decided to visit Baracoon once again with great success. The numerous mages and the summoning chamber in the lower level give me pause. Could they be allied with the cultists in the Underworld? We shall have to keep an eye on them.
