Myrien, Captain
We gathered in the early morning at House Uth Wistan's docks. Captain Myrien was kind enough to bring her galley, the "insert name here", as we would be attempting to toss a few fabled nets in the hopes of luring a rare leviathan or two. We set sail seeking deep waters. Just out of sight of the shores the Captain stopped the mighty vessal and dropped anchor. We all prepared ourselves as the first net was tossed over the side. In mere moments the water started to bubble and froth as several sea beasts broke the surface and swam towards our ship. Having never fought a Leviathan before I would like to think we did well, the good Captain did get knocked down once but we quickly got her back on her feet.
Casting a total of eight fabled nets we were able, each time, to defeat he leviathan and its minions without suffering any further injuries, except for a case of sea sickness. All the Vigilants displayed excellent team work. Fighting alongside one another, retrieving the hides and other booty from the deep sea creatures in timely manner. When we ran out of nets Myrien turned the ship about and sailed back to the docks. As we began to disembark we were taken by surprise as another leviathan broke the surface and began to attack the ship and the half of us still on board. The members on board quickly rallied and were able to defeat our ninth leviathan of the morning.
Well done mates!
